This policy applies to purchases made at clubtresserieux.com, operated by NOVAHIVES-US LLC, trading as Club Très Sérieux.
14-Day Free Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, including if the size is not right or you change your mind.
Eligible returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label or another prepaid return method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Trying an item on to check its fit is permitted.
These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products or any mandatory consumer rights.
How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can arrange the free return method. Do not send returns to our business address unless instructed.
Please dispatch your return within 14 calendar days after notifying us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We generally process eligible refunds within 7 business days after receiving and checking the returned items.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
Where an applicable statutory withdrawal right requires a different deadline, we will refund you within the legally required period. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund. We cover the return shipping and the standard shipping of an approved replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, where available, photographs showing the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you. The 14-day voluntary return window does not limit any longer rights provided by applicable law.
Preorder Cancellations
You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
Email support@clubtresserieux.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, our return policy applies.
Promotional Orders
For “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” orders, the total amount paid for the promotional items is allocated proportionally across those items when calculating a partial refund.
For example, if three equally priced T-shirts cost $78 in total, each T-shirt has a refundable value of $26. Returning all three eligible items results in a refund of the full $78 paid.
An exchange for another size of the same item does not change the promotional value.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy supplements and does not replace any mandatory rights that apply in your country or region, including statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty goods.
