These Terms govern your use of clubtresserieux.com and purchases from NOVAHIVES-US LLC, trading as Club Très Sérieux (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review these Terms before placing an order. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Website Use
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are below the age required in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must place the order.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, security interference, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Products
We sell apparel featuring Club Très Sérieux designs. Product pages describe available materials, fits, colors, sizes, and artwork.
Images are illustrative. Screen settings, lighting, and reasonable manufacturing variations may affect appearance. This does not excuse material differences from the product description or limit your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Please review the available product and fit information before ordering.
Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. The checkout displays the total amount payable before you submit your order.
Payment is collected at checkout, including for preorders.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if information is missing, payment cannot be verified, or an item cannot be supplied.
We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination, or genuine unavailability. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.
We will not increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.
Preorders and Limited Availability
The first collection is offered by preorder in limited quantities.
Shipping for the first preorder collection begins November 1, 2026. This is the start of the shipping period, not a delivery date or a promise that every order ships that day.
The shipping timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout when you order applies to your purchase.
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated timeframe, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or canceling for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Promotions
Where advertised, “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” applies to eligible T-shirts added to the same order. Designs, colors, and sizes may be mixed unless the offer states otherwise.
The lowest-priced eligible item is free. The discount must appear at checkout before payment.
For equally priced T-shirts at $39 each, three eligible T-shirts cost $78 before any other amounts expressly shown at checkout.
Other promotions may have separate conditions. Promotional changes do not affect discounts already applied to accepted orders.
Refunds for promotional purchases are calculated as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping and Returns
Standard shipping is free to supported destinations.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude the preorder waiting period. Available destinations and further shipping details are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
Website content, brand elements, character illustrations, artwork, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us, except where otherwise identified.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork commercially or use our brand identity. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Third-Party Services
Checkout, payment, and other functions may use third-party services. Their separate terms may apply to your use of those services. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller.
Responsibility and Consumer Rights
We are responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations and providing remedies required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses arising from your commercial use of products purchased for personal use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees or liability for fraud.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfillment. We will communicate material delays and offer applicable cancellation or refund rights. Such events do not remove rights provided by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply, those protections remain available. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future orders. The version applicable when you place an order governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
